By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

2. Definitions

Advertiser – A person or entity purchasing advertising through Adstelo.
Publisher – A person or entity hosting ads via Telegram channels, groups, or bots.
Campaign – An advertising initiative submitted to Adstelo for distribution.
Content – Any text, image, link, or media submitted for advertising.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
You must have the legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of yourself or your organization.
Your use of the Services must comply with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. Account Creation & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

5. Advertising Guidelines

5.1 Allowed Practices

Legitimate products, services, or communities.
Content that complies with local laws and our internal moderation rules.
Promotions for Telegram channels, groups, and bots that do not engage in harmful activities.

5.2 Disallowed Practices

Illegal activities, including but not limited to drugs, weapons, and counterfeit goods.
Adult, sexually explicit, or pornographic content.
Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content.
Scams, phishing attempts, Ponzi schemes, or misleading financial offers.
Content promoting violence, self-harm, or dangerous activities.
Malware, viruses, or malicious software.
Political or election-related content without prior approval.
Misleading “get rich quick” schemes.

We reserve the right to reject or remove any campaign at our sole discretion.

6. Campaign Submission & Approval

All campaigns are subject to review before going live.
Approval times may vary, but most campaigns are reviewed within 1–3 hours.
We may require modifications to comply with our guidelines.
We may terminate or pause a campaign at any time if it violates our policies.

7. Payments, Fees & Refunds

Minimum deposit: $15 USD.
Accepted payment methods: Cryptomus Pay (USDT TRC20 & BEP20) and Credit/Debit Cards, payeer and others.
All fees and charges are displayed in your account before purchase.

7.1 Refund Policy

Refunds are available only if a campaign has not yet started.
No refunds will be issued for partially completed campaigns.
Refund requests must be made via our support channels.
Transaction fees are non-refundable.

8. Performance & Results Disclaimer

We make no guarantees regarding click-through rates, conversions, or other performance metrics. While we strive to deliver targeted advertising, results may vary depending on audience behavior and other factors beyond our control.

9. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account and/or campaigns if:
You violate these Terms.
Your activity causes reputational damage to Adstelo.
Fraud, abuse, or payment disputes are detected.

10. Intellectual Property

All Adstelo branding, designs, and software are owned by Adstelo and may not be used without our written permission.
You retain ownership of your submitted content but grant us a license to distribute it through our network.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Adstelo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our maximum liability to you will not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the last 3 months.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Services after changes indicates acceptance.
